Mark Amador joined Wingert Grebing Brubaker & Walshok LLP after a career as a prosecutor in the San Diego County District Attorney's Office. He has conducted more than 100 trials and secured more than 25 murder convictions in jury trials.
He served for five years leading the District Attorney's Appellate and Training Division, including the office's ethics program, and from 2023 through 2025 served as Chief of New Legislation Implementation. His final prosecution in 2025 involved a decades-old cold-case homicide solved through investigative genetic genealogy.
